I will do Paintings of Your AX Weapons

#1 Post by GGR 65 » Tue Apr 02, 2019 3:13 pm

Hey guys, long time no see.

I really appreciate Mike did some wonderful things for us on the site here. And I also want to contribute something to keep the site running.

A few people know that I am learning to paint in water color. My craft is not very good. But I am willing to do a few watercolor paintings a month to off set Mike’s running cost for this site.

You post your car in this thread here, and I will paint it and show my painting after I finished as a reply. If you are happy, you can donate to Mike, maybe via PayPal or something. I will give the paintings to Mike, he can pass down to you.

How much to donate is really up to you? I think $10 to $20 is a good guideline. You want donate only if you want the physical art work.

What do you guys think?

Regards,
Clemson

Thank you very much, Clemson. You are definitely humble because your artistry skills are amazing. Post some examples. I LOVE your work. You are a kind and generous man.

Wow, the second one is my favorite of the three because of the dimension the human figure gives to the painting. All three are wonderful. It is so difficult to perfect aspect ratio and human form but you do it so well. How long have you been doing watercolor?

Thanks Mike. I started to paint in watercolor in the end of 2017.
