Happy New Year Y'all...

Postby KenJ » Mon Jan 01, 2018 7:57 pm

I finally got the '73 up and running with Megasquirt 3. Wow... modernized all the way up to an '84. I'll be plugging along to get a better tune (via keyboard), but right now it's not as 'perky' as the CIS was. I've leaned it out a great deal over the CIS and now, at least, it'll be more efficient if not quicker to respond (read - spark advance and enrichment sequences for WOT). So, it'll get to the dyno this year to sort out for more precision and to correct whatever I manage to screw up. This morning is for cleaning up the car after sitting in the garage for about a year - I'm surprised no one used their finger to inscribe "wash me".

Season's greetings and Happy New.

Happy New Year!!! Sorry I haven't been on the board much at all this past couple of years. I have been soooooo busy with work. It's good to know you were able to get your fuel injection installed and running. I'm putting your 6 cylinder in my newest project so I'll start a thread on that soon. Hope to see you soon
There is another racecar in my future
